MJL Services is a fireplace, chimney, and dryer vent company based at 2000 Keystone Court in Monroe, North Carolina. The owner runs the jobs. There is no call-center dispatcher and no closer who follows the tech around. You work directly with the owner.
That is the part customers keep writing about. The owner shows up on time, sometimes early, explains the work while doing it, and cleans up the tarp. There is no list of extras to sell before leaving. If something else needs work, you hear it straight, with a price, and the decision stays yours.
